Christina Hendricks was an American actor, most famous for her portrayal of Joan Holloway. She played the character for seven seasons of AMC's period drama Mad Men from 2007-2015. She received critical acclaim as well as nominations for 6 Emmy Awards in the category of the best supporting actress. Since her time in the industry, which has spanned over two decades, she's earned her fame for her performance as a character in the legal thriller Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime-drama series Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. Her voice is featured in movies like Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River as well as the Neon Demon, The Strangers : Prey at Night Egg as well as American Woman.
