Sarah Rafferty
When she was still at high school in prep, Sarah caught the acting bug at a very young age. Her passion for acting started when her drama teacher saw her running across his yard so she could make it to the field hockey match at the right time. He told her she could skip the rehearsal to be part of Richard III's acting troupe. Sarah's love for the craft led her to pursue the double degree of English with Theatre at Hamilton College. Sarah spent her junior-year studying theater abroad in London and Oxford. She was awed by learning about the arts was supported by her parents, her mother the Chairwoman in the English Department at the Convent of the Sacred Heart located in Greenwich CT and her father who was a master painter. Her studies and talent were rewarded. The actress has appeared on numerous TV shows like Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? Bones, Bones with CSI Miami in addition to features like Four Single Fathers Falling For Grace as well as countless professional films like As You Like It. In addition to her television acting, Sarah has been a spokesperson of her organization, the Alzheimer's Association and consistently speaks about Alzheimer's disease. Sarah hosted the annual Sardi's celebration three years consecutively and was the presenter at the end of Sardi's event in March 2016. Sarah lives in both the west and east coasts, along with her two daughters. She is often in Toronto frequently for jobs.
